Last updated: February 19, 2026
Service Overview
draftr provides software tools to help you draft and manage business proposals. You are responsible for how you use the service and for all content you send to clients.
AI Drafting Assistance
AI-generated output is drafting assistance only and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You must review and approve all proposal content, pricing, and terms before sharing or sending it.
Your Content
You retain ownership of your content. You grant draftr permission to process your content only as needed to provide the service.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the service for unlawful activity, infringement, fraud, or abuse of third party rights.
Disclaimers and Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis, without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, output quality, legal sufficiency, or business outcomes.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, draftr is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Direct damages are limited to amounts you paid draftr in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
